Fileglow

Terms and conditions

Effective 30 October 2026

These terms apply to the Fileglow file manager app for Android (the app), made by Marko Zanoski (we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your license

When you get the app on Google Play, you get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use it on Android devices linked to your Google account, for your own use. The app and everything in it remain ours, apart from the open source libraries it uses (for SMB, SFTP and FTP), which are shared under their own licenses. You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

2. Purchase, Pro and refunds

The app is sold through Google Play for a one time price shown in the store. Pro is an optional one time in app purchase that adds network shares and photo sorting. Google processes every payment. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can request one through Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

3. Your files

The app works on your files only when you ask it to. Copying, moving, renaming, zipping, unzipping and deleting change your files, and deleting for good cannot be undone. The trash and Undo are there to help, but keep backups of files that matter. You are responsible for the files you work on and for having the right to access the servers you add.

4. Network shares

Shares connect straight to servers you enter. We do not run them and are not responsible for them, their security or their availability. Plain FTP is not encrypted; use SFTP where you can.

5. Updates

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app working on current Android versions, but we cannot promise it will work on every device or every future version of Android.

6. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the price you paid for it and for Pro. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your license ends.
